OJLL SUMMER INTERNSHIP PROGRAM: DIGITAL MEDIA
Digital Media Interns | Volunteer
The Ontario Junior Lacrosse League is searching for high school and/or post-secondary students in Ontario who are passionate about lacrosse and interested in sports media, social media, digital communications or related fields. In this program, you will have the opportunity to create and capture content for the league, including but not limited to website content, in-game social media content, as well as Instagram Stories, Reels, TikTok videos and more.
Successful applicants will be familiar with the OJLL and be placed based on their location to cover games in their area. We are looking for a minimum of two (2) students per OJLL team.
Students will have the opportunity to complete community services graduation requirements, receive a professional reference from the league, and obtain an OJLL Media Pass for entry to all regular season and playoff games.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (mainly Instagram and TikTok) and experience with content creation
Proficiency or familiarity in Canva is an asset
Proficiency in other graphic design software is an asset but not required
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Knowledge of the OJLL, its history, its teams and game results
Requirements:
Available to work on game nights throughout the summer (May - August)
Willingness to attend games and events as needed
Willingness to take direction and implement feedback to improve content
Must be highly self-motivated
Access to a mobile phone, computer, and internet connection
